Stacey & Wayne's Save the Date Book

Stacey & Wayne are using a 5x5 gift book layout for their save the dates. The cover will simply have vellum over it, and it will be bound by a ribbon. Here is a draft of all of the layouts.

Stacey & Wayne's Save the Date

I am designing a save-the-date booklet for Stacey and Wayne, and I am really excited about it! I always say that I am going to give the couple 3 ideas, but the last two times three turned into five. Such is me- i just get on a roll and keep going. Anyway, I came up with a kind of random range of ideas for the cover because they were looking for a modern Adirondack theme with either the chairs or lilly pads. Their color palette is very unique, so it made it a little bit of a challenge... but in the end, I just loved the challenge! Once they decide on a cover, I will then develope the theme of the book from there... Let me know what you think... Vote for your favorite!

Finished "save the date" cards

I just thought I would share the finished design that we came up with for Meghan & Travis' save the date cards. My brother, David Schultz, helped me with the twig and berries part- he converted a photograph of mine into a silouette design (and did a marvelous job might I add). I am really excited to see it in print. Studley Printing in Plattsburgh will be doing all of the printing for the save the dates and invitations. Save the date cards

Sorry to all my loyal blog fans. It has been an entire week since I last posted- work has been crazy. :-) Well, I have just been working hard to stay on top of all of these album designs. Amidst all this designing, I have been given the opportunity to design Meghan & Travis' save the date cards. I am really excited about this project because the design they will choose will carry over into their invitations (which I am also designing), their place setting cards and then finally their album!
